This is the news I believe you are looking for. If this doesn't turn out very well please accept my apologies, it is the first time I have tried to cut and paste. WAR EAGLE MINING COMPANY INC. ("WEM-V;WAREF-L") - Clear Title Granted on Key Claims; Drill Results Pending Tim Brock, President of War Eagle Mining Inc. announces that the Mexican Federal Mining Bureau has granted clear title to the Montecristo Claim which gives the Company a 100% interest in these key lands. The eleven acre Montecristo Claim is located in the center of the South Zone and is surrounded by claims already owned by the Company. Drill hole #3 is located on the northern boundary of the Montecristo Claim and intersected 502.7 ounces silver/ton and 1.100 ounces of gold/ton over a forty foot interval from 310 feet to 350 feet ending in mineralization. This mineralization is withinn the South Zone which crosses the Montecristo Claim.. Diamond drill holes 90 through 99 are now being assayed with results to be released in the next several days.
