Received a 'fax' from Bayne E. Boyes, Pres. & CEO of DynaMotive dated 28 July which said, among other things; "... the Company is not aware of any fundamental change in DynaMotive's fortunes which could account for the recent decline in our share price. ...The Company is aware that most of the recent selling activity has been from a single, individual shareholder. We are investigating the circumstances surrounding these activities and will be taking all appropriate action to support the share price.... we thank you for your continued support .... &c." Lars
