It is not only a 10 year low for the VSE.
IT IS THE ALL TIME LOW

The VSE index was started in 1978 and has never been below 490. It has trade to over 1500 a few times in the last 20 years including the average of 1000-1400 during 91-96. I cashed out of all my juniors in Jan. and am waiting for the next bull run. I figure the next run is around 1-1.5 years away.
