What if a company whose stock is halted by the SEC is found to have done nothing wrong and it was essentially a mistake by the SEC to have halted trading. Does the company then have to fill out the 15c2-11 form to resume trading? It seems that if the SEC is in the business to protect the investor and the investment is proven to be in good standing then trading should resume as before. Otherwise the SEC is not doing a very good job at protecting the investor as we will be left out to dry during the months it takes to get the form filed.

I have never been involved in something like this before so if my question is ignorant I apologize. But it seems quite unfair if the SEC is incorrect.

I sure hope we come out of this mess okay. I put too much money in a place it never should have been. A very expensive lesson learned.

Sadder, but hopefully wiser,
Scott
