To my knowledge, Pasadena has made 5-6 million revenues in the first six months for MDCE. The acquistion was made long time ago. What are we talking here? Now you can understand how bashers work. One of the reason for the delay of 10-K release is to audit Padanea's assets in Canada. Another major reason for the delay, I believe, is legal issue. Third major reason for the delay is to do research for the past of the company. MDCE's Ed Brody is mainly responsible for company acquisitions. James
