1 day does not make a raging bull market, but it would appear that there are lingering concerns about CELL (not sure why, either)... Might be best to sit on the sidelines for a while. I just don't see much upward movement with all the surrounding bad news and the technical condition of the market. I have a stop loss set very close to the current price....
