... you know Jeff, I have to believe that most investors have been buying this stock because of their success in their niche market of small to medium size financial institutions.

And their present/future relationship with EBT.

but, did you, or anyone for that matter (the more the better) this news? It looks like a huge potential with healthcare providers.
