Ok, now I am really concerned. I can accept the fact that this company is in the struggling stages. But now we have a lawsuit filed against them? Ok so they decided to name the company before checking to see if the name was already used. I guess I'll have to swallow that too. I admit, I like the whole concept... BUT... Get the lead out of your ASSES!!! FIRE SOMEBODY or SOMETHING! We need to know that this is not going to happen again. Or at least you are marketing the "idea" that this is not going to happen again!
