Please vote against a roll-back plan, we'll kick out
these incompetent directors at the annual meeting next month.

HPC(T) was in a similar situation months ago when a board of directors
proposed a share consolidation, as shareholders dumped stock all the
way down to 0.25 from $2.60 but eventually shareholders defeated
the roll back proposal at the annual meeting and directors resigned from the co. Stock price rebounded back to $2.00 range recently.
