I'll leaving class now and am on my way home. Will take me about an hour get there, but I'll tell you guys what. As I said I'am about three hours from WVA. Depending on where the operation is at, Around Beckley, or as far north as Charleston, I'm anywhere from three to four hours. TO THE POINT: I've got the next three weeks free. If you guys would give me a run down on the company, i.e., location, etc. Federal ID number, etc. I'll get you the info you need. I'll drive to WVA at my expense and hell I'll even go underground and look around. You guys set it up, I'm sure someone who owns shares in this company has a contact at the Company level. Let them know I'm coming, have them call me to make arrangements, etc. and I'll go for you.
I bet within one hour I can answer more questions for you than the company has since you've held shares. I won't tell you to buy sell etc. I'll just give you my opinion about profitability.
If you can set something up I will need to see the production records for the past six months or so. That should be no big deal as they must be made available to MSHA every month. I'll need also to see a complete set of maps, with five year projections. If they don't have five year projections then one year projections will do. (most companies project where they will be working five years in advance, no big deal, standard stuff) It would also be helpful to see lab results from their coal samples. (that also is standard, regardless of where you sell your coal, you must, in most all cases provide the customer with a "short prox" which tells them the quality, BTU, sulfur, grind, carbon, etc. I've got to run. I'll respond to any questions when I get home.
Sincerely,
Lonnie |
