George, Just going through the notes and didn't know if your question had been answered yet. Locus does own it's own switches and is in fact adding another one for $250K to increase capacity because the existing infrastructure is maxed out due to growth. It sounds like there will be considerable synergies between Edge and Locus whereby Edge (which does not own it's own hardware) will be running it's minutes through our Locus hardware. This may be in conjunction with the TimeWorld JV, but it was estimated that these synergies could reduce our cost per minute by .02, which would represent a great boost to margins. Sounded like given a little time we should be seeing a nice positive cash flow from Edge and Locus. James
