Terence, Have you communicated this issue to somebody like Noam. I hope they have somebody who reads si so that they will find out about your problem. I agree with your decision 100% even though I own mrvc. I would not put up with any co that does not give good service even if they have dirt cheap product. MRVC management, I hope you pay attention, for my sake for your sake and for the sake of all longs who are propping up your stock value despite consistent attacks from the likes of the pinks. How many more customers do you want to lose? I wish you would address such issues promptly. If I were Noam, I would kick some butts of regional managers regarding this matter.
