No I think 5 inch roto sonic vertical holes in overburden would not be constrained. Shallow augur would be ok. Down hole would suffer. DDH's would meet mixed results in different strata. No problem with bull bits usually bit holes can oval on you. Low torque high speed works. $100.00 a foot though. EC<:-}
