I agree... In addition to Gideon Gartner ( - he was the founder of Gartner Group, a competitor, as well), Giga has a team of experienced analysts that provide accurate and timely technology related information. I have worked with Giga as well as several of its major competitors and have found the organization and the people to be among the best in the industry.
