I sent an e-mail requesting information about SEC filing a few hours ago. Obviously they aren't going to make it in the 90 day period they said they were expecting. This is a major negative and will give new investors something to be concerned about as well as negative hypsters legitimate ammunition for Slamming the stock. Sitra is usually quick to respond so I should have information tomorrow.
