EDII had in excess of 70M shares outstanding after the Acqueron acquisition. The 2 proposed HDTV acquisions are for shares. The 10% stock dividend will also increase shares by at least 7M. Please acknowledge these events. No one can know (with the exception of EDII) if the company has cash in the bank. The term "Liquid Assets" could be receivables or other current assets which may not be available to settle liabilities. Intile was losing its shirt. Not just huge debt but no revenue. To believe this business is turned upside down in a quarter is unrealistic. I eagerly await the audited financials to difuse the speculation. jmt
