Yes, one can predict, but if he is wrong in the "time" factor, then forget him! Price and time are critical, for sure!
I suspect that those two factors have some surprises for us in the very near future in a ton of markets!
To repeat, one can be right about the direction of a market or sector and be wrong about the "time" factor!
As an example, I predict that the "energy" sector will arise from its current "funk", but then I need to tell you "when". Without the "time factor" it becomes a rather useless prediction to most, if not all. I could say "soon", and that would be useless to the day trader, and perhaps to the rest, but might come to fruition some day!
Sooner, rather than later, how is that?
