Here are the possibilities:

1. The company is legit and has a future.
2. The company is legit but has no future.
3. THe company is not legit (no future implied)

There is a real lack of information, very exciting sounding news, a suit by a non-competitor, paid endorsements, and a wildly gyrating stock price.

I don't know the truth but my guess is that all of what we know points to manipulation by the company themselves as being the most likely explanation for the recent stock action. The company can bring credibility by informing the public of what is going on with their business. Maybe in time that will happen, but the scale right now tips toward this being a scam IMO.
