Perhaps you can say why Bork is wrong.
Perhaps someone here can argue against his position. I'd love to hear it.

Specifically, can anyone here show that either:
1) Microsoft does not have a monopoly on Operating Systems.
2) The controlling legal precedent is Lorain Journal Co. v. United States, 343 U.S. 143 (1951).

Surely one of you know-it-alls can explain this to me.
While you're at it, can someone please explain why Bork is working
for Netscape when Microsoft also offered him a job? Microsoft
certainly offered more than whatever Netscape is paying him. Could
it be that the founder of modern anti-trust theory is doing this
for some other reason than money?
