David although I do not have an opinion at all on E.W..Would you expect that this quick wave up would be on small caps advancement or narrow as in recent past. In other word could it be -fast good adv / decl with few new highs and nagging new lows (40 -60) In short like oct 87. Or do you see it healthy with rotation and new leadership by value oriented "turnaround techies" Don't mean to put words in mouth - but that is "what nags my mind "and I have learned to value your perspective and mastery of studying past pivotal time periods. Thank you for any input Bob
