Ed, Refer to the following post... exchange2000.com As for the price per share being at $10, that is derived from the multiple for the telecomm industry times the revenues divided by the total number of shares. In this case 2.5(multiple) X 150M(revenues) / 35M(shares) = 10.71 a share. This is not a given but a generality of what we could see. Bruce
