Hamster, I don't expect that COOL will reach anywhere near the mania of BCST, though.

One of the reasons is BECAUSE of the availability of WCAP. Anyone who wants to "get in at the IPO price" CAN by buying WCAP, and probably already has. Thus, WCAP can be used as a guide by the underwriters to set the price of COOL so that they aren't embarrased as the underwriters of BCST were.
