I am hoping for a double bottom here, and I drew a line on my chart to show it. Volume was up today, higher than 21/23 of the last days, but still less than a normal volume a few months ago. The stock looks a little oversold. Still, looking at it objectively, I expect to see lower lows tomorrow.
If you were looking for a breakout, it came last spring at about 13. It didn't hold then. I have been wrong on this stock several times on the way down.
