Hiram - I agree with you that there are going to be several delivery systems made available, especially for hard-to-reach places. ATHM is trying to be on most of them. I have to agree with ahhaha, though, about prices. RBOC's are going to be desperate for market share. They will not be looking for money but market share at whatever the cost. I think they are right because most people will stick with whatever they put in first. Why? because of the cost and hassle of un-installing it. As long as it looks much faster than a modem, they will stick with it and assume the other services are the same (all the ads will lie and look the same). That's why there will be a life-and-death battle to see who is the first to get in a home this fall.
