Good point Bachman. 80% of options expire worthless. Many of thiose actually could make profit if they close the position early. For example August 110 call more than tripled in about one week. But people would expect more. Maybe because the upcoming of earnings and split, or just wanting more. A few days ago those calls dropped significantly. You have a good rule of thumb: if it doubles, sell half and let the other half ride. I might add, if the original position is cut in half, run. Tomorrow is another day and another trade.
