My guess is the seller is Renn Capital. See Karl's comments.
The reason that you are not seeing big blocks has to do with the way the stock is being sold. Here is what I think is coming in the next 10 days. Tava gets smashed under $5 forcing all those on margin out, this will mark the bottom and will be the buy of the year. If you do not know already, most clearing firms do not margin stocks under $5, and will give you a margin call for your entire debit balance if the stock closes under $5. That's my call!! It's ugly, but the stock market is a brutal task master that takes no prisoners in bear moves. Have your cash ready, and I will advise how to buy tava if it closes under $5. It's a very delicate process and you can not fire all of you bullets at one time. Good Luck!!
