Scott,

I just read David Plonk's read, and I have a problem with his analysis, on a subjective basis. I will make it clear that I have an opposing view, but that is not why I have an issue with his analysis.

Jerry favors is also an Elliot Waver, but have notice a level of common sense in his analysis. In the past Jerry also indicated that we could head into the 9800 range, but that was based on the market breaking certain resistance lines. That makes sense, but to just come out and say we are heading straight up shows a level of confidence which just does not appear to be that healthy in such a volitile market.

I do not think it will happen, but if the market internals improve dramatically then we could surge much higher. On the other hand there is alot of talk of a crash, but before that could happen some major support lines need to be broken first.

Im sorry, but CARTE BLANCHE predictions are for the birds. I will give credit to him in the sense that he has admitted when he was wrong.

I just feel strongly that we all should keep a level head in making decision in this market and watch the signs.
