Two $50,000 (U.S.) loans Champion Resources Inc CHL Shares issued 13,950,440 Jul 30 close $0.18 Thu 30 Jul 98 News Release Mr. John Hiner reports The company has entered into a loan agreement with each of two private investment companies, Traders Group Inc. and Contrac Bahamas Inc. Terms of the loans include the right for each company to convert the loan amount to units of a currently planned, non-brokered private placement. Each company advanced $50,000 (U.S.) to Champion. In lieu of interest on the loans, and in recognition of the timely provision of working capital, Champion has entered into bonus agreements with each lending company to provide 10,000 shares to each company.
