If you know anything about the market and small cap stocks, you must know there are often delays when small companies sign contracts with household names.

Even many larger cap Y2K firms are not allowed to announce the names of their clients because they do not want the public to know they have any Y2K problems. This is not the case with PINC who will be able to release the name of the ISP provider.

Perhaps you are also not aware that even as negotiations are finalized, that contracts go back and forth as minor changes are made. PINC is doing things by the book and in the interests of their shareholders.

They are lining up all their ducks in a row and will not release the information until the ducks are perfectly aligned. Then they will shoot them down, one by one.
