HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., July 30 (Reuters) - Graham-Field Health Products Inc. said Thursday it had named Rodney Price, chairman of Thistle Hotels Plc <THO.L>, as its chairman and chief executive.
Price, who is also a consultant to Brierley Investments, succeeds Irwin Selinger, who resigned as chairman and chief executive officer of Graham-Field, effective today, the company said in a statement.

Rex Fuqua and his family own shares of common stock of Graham-Field representing about 9 percent of the voting power of the company's capital stock. |
