George and all -- I haven't posted here in awhile because I have no concrete disclosable info, and because of the delay in what I've been expecting I've been hounding Bernard Hicks for a week by phone and email. I only got to speak to him for a minute, and he didn't comment on a couple of subsequent emails, which is highly unusual. Either there's an information blackout again for some reason (which, frankly, makes little sense to me but I'm not one of the guys running the company so I'll reserve judgment), or Bernard is just extremely busy (he had just returned from a multi-day road trip when I called), or he's ducking me for some unknown reason (which would be unprecedented). Put it this way: there's been no insider selling for a very long time, and very little selling by ANYONE of any significance for a long time, and I still can't see how something can be a scam if no scammer is making any money off us scammees. Plus, information that appeared in their Business Plan, once disseminated, constitutes public representations that would be legally actionable if not true.

Bottom line: I'm baffled too, but hang in there. No news is not bad news, just annoying.
