Suppose Mercedes had a monopoly on cars and decided one year they'd only sell a car to you if you also bought a travel trailer from them as an "integrated package." On the side of the trailer is a big ad for Mercedes trailer parks, another Mercedes venture. Once you had the car/trailer combination you could disconnect the trailer, but it had to be hitched on when you took delivery, and the ad couldn't be covered up. Unfortunately, if you did unhitch the trailer, your power steering would stop working, since Mercedes moved part of the power steering mechanism to the trailer. How would you feel then? JMHO.
