I think your post is bull***.
1.This is not a newspaper.
2.I am not discussing "freedom of the press", you are.

People may think that they can "say" anything they want on these boards, but I believe that has already been proven in court that they can not.

Let's have a test.
Why don't you pick a stock, take a position, and post materially fraudulent things that you know are fraudulent, and make a profit.

I don't mind forwarding those posts to the SEC, and we'll both see what happens.
