Its not like you werent warned about 3 dozen times !

The writing was all over the wall yet each and every one of you were too dumb to see it. Now you are CRYING...some are even talking about the SEC. The SEC has bigger fish to fry. Besides, its not like LTGL lied, they are NON-REPORTING !!!! Get it ?
It means they do what they want, when they want with NO rules.

When you bought the stock you said "Ok Spence, have at it".
Its not like you couldnt see he was selling all along.

Please folks...be clear, you did NOT lose money because spence is a scamartist. You lost money because you were STUPID.
Take repsonsibility for YOUR actions. YOUR actions (& lack of diligence) that caused the losses.

Like someone said earlier...how many lies is the limit ?

Remember this company advertised in several souces that they would earn 8 cents per share this year. They swapped stock for the adds then when the kiddies buy they sell. Everyone wins Spence, market makers and advertising firms. Non-thinking investors that buy non-reporting bb stocks are the losers.

so why don some of you call this man and ask him why he scams people ?
Better yet , walk in his office and kick his tail. Nothing will EVER happen by the authorities I can almost assure you.
You've been had.
But there will be a new round of suckers just like you begging to throw their money away.
