Carter,
A brokerage called Brooklyn Capitol has been on the sell side and recently buy and sell side since June. Current issued shares as of 9-30-96 were approx. 26 million shares. The pv't. placement for apprx. 5.2 million dollars by Klein Investment (formerly Iacocca Cap.)could have resulted in another 8 to 11 million shares from the 15 million issued as of 3-31-96. P'vt placement holders could be selling at as little as about .58 and breaking even.
