Hmm, you mean like saying that P&G is run by devil worshippers? You'll have to give me some hypotheticals, I'm not sure how I'd "know" something was materially false without having every reasonable person also know it to be false. Of course you'd have to assume that I'm influential enough for anyone to listen to, and that if I were that influential, that I would want to blow my reputation by posting materially false statements.
