NEWS OUT: QTNT : $1 million financing package secured. Just what the doctor ordered. RECAP: float approx. 350K (mm's may be very short) BUYING: way more buys than sells few trading sessions (about 280K buys to 80K sells), but price is actually lower; mm's games; investors may control most all of the float PRICE: at 80 cents is at the same price it was in Dec. 97 before they had produced or sold any tents.
