As of 2 days ago, on the Bloomberg news, it looks like LU and CSCO will have a "payday" on the T deal. I don't know if CS is in the same business, 40 & 80 channel whatevers, but it sure looks like CS is left in the dust. Looks like the NETVA deal is going to the shareholders for a vote and is a done deal. That's why the gap between the fair values has narrowed. Some insiders must have got wind of the SEC filing and started trading on it several days ago.
