anyone, I'm sure you won't be the first to send my posts to the SEC. Thankfully, the Constitution has not yet been fully rewritten by people like you. That you speak of the basis for all law in the US as "coffee table, marijauna smoking, college crap" shows you to be way out in left field.

Postings on the Internet have been held in court rulings to be publications. I'd suggest that you study up a little before you run your mouth.

Oh, I see from your profile that the problem would be that you like to gamble on crappy penny stocks. How do you know what the truth is with those things? NTAH and RMIL have filed nothing with the SEC that I can find. I also checked for RMIL filings under OVIS. I suppose you're one of those people that thinks calling the snake oil salesman to verify that snake oil is efficacious qualifies as "due diligence" and that the short sellers posting about how dangerous owning those kinds of garbage stocks can be is the reason for their declines, rather that the manipulation that is inevitably found on the long side, and the lack of identifiable underlying value.
