Indeed this is huge. Alcatel, through Telefonica, now has access to one of the fastest largest fixed/mobile telecom markets in the world. Given its latest correction and ALA's love story with Wall Street, this is a screaming buy. I would appreciate if someone could add some color as to why the Telefonica announcement did not send the stock into space.
