Let's clear up a few things regarding items being posted by certain individuals who have obviously done no DD on TSIG... and obviously intentionally care not to for their own reasons.
(1) Hastings Communications, Lou Andreana (President), is the company that produced and wrote the website for TSIG's CCI division as well as did the video to be aired about the Company. They did one great job in a very short time under an inordinate amount of pressure. They are fine people, are very knowledgeable and true gentlemen (sorry... haven't spoken to any females there) whose only affiliation with TSIG is as the Company engaged to do the website. And, oh yes, they have also done the websites for about 60 other public companies.
(2) Stockprofiles.com is a company that provides a website for public companies whose websites are under construction as well as providing advice to these companies. If you go to tsig.com you will automatically go to their website on stockprofiles.com and I suggest all those that haven't done so take the time to do it and tell me if you see any "hyping" done by anyone there.
The above is but the simplest and most basic DD. Certain bashers have jumped on this new thread because SI has decided to ban them from the original TSIG thread. Dixie took the time and trouble to visit TSIG and report back what he saw and learned... and it was quite powerful. We owe him a debt of gratitude. Who he chooses to share his DD with is his business and his business only. TSIG longs do not have a "secret" club. Yes, we do sometimes communicate with each other by PM s, e-mail, and the telephone. If our intention was to hype the stock we certainly would post it... wouldn't we. But TSIG will do fine, IMHO, without us, despite the "bashers", and regardless of the daytraders (who, IMO, will be missing one of those rare opportunities to just buy stock in a company and just put it away and make, again IMO, significantly more than their day-trading could ever produce and with far less stress). My position is well known and is based upon my own DD and that of many other individuals. My stock is locked away, but if you choose to believe the others (ie: "bashers"), please sell your stock ASAP.
Thank you for your patience. I hope the comments about Hastings Communications and stockprofiles.com are now clarified. BTW, I am meeting with my attorneys on Saturday to determine whether the SEC should become involved with ascertaining the true identity and affiliation of all the new "trial member" posters who have suddenly appeared (as you well know the SEC can easily do that - see post 992)... plus certain SI members (one who may even be a TSIG employee "planted" by the competition) who have intentionally lied in an attempt to discredit TSIG. Facts, whether negative or positive, are part of DD, but repetitive posting by certain individuals who ignore correction of their posts and just repost the same lies or innuendoes is fraudulent and defamatory. Individual stockholders have the same rights if they suffer financial loss because of these posters as the Company itself. I don't mean this to be a threat to anyone in particular, but rather a statement of my intentions. Those who know me can verify that I am deadly serious. People do not bash a stock they cannot short (unless they are Canadian or open a Canadian account and can short it) or they are a disgruntled employee who just can't hack it and is on the way out the door or is an employee hired by the competition to create havoc. People who don't like a stock just don't post there. Quite a while ago I used the phrase "Mother Theresa complex"... I don't believe any of these bashers should even be connected with her name. Too many people at TSIG and elsewhere are working very hard to make TSIG a major teleservices conglomerate and, IMHO, they will succeed with time despite the bashers. My suggestion is simple... do your own DD and think carefully about what you read. The messenger is more important than the message sometimes.
