Maybe I didn't read my post thoroughly.
I thought I read I posted a situation concerning xyz company.

Our discussion as I see it, basically boils down to this:

I feel that people should be held accountable for posting fraudulent information.

You feel that "freedom of speech", allows you to post anything you want, fraudulent or not.

Somehow, I don't think you are on the right side of things here.
Reread terms of use, I don't even think SI feels comfortable with your attitude.

If you don't mind, I think I'll guide my posting by what I feel comfortable with, as you should do yours.
I have a feeling my way will be less
trouble.
