observers, Salient points are this is the commencement of operations; expansion is planned. Efficiency of process, yields and environmental respect become equally as important as size, and both considerations are meaningful in Phoenix's case. Most of Phoenix Metals' production is PGMs, a significant milestone for any domestic producer/finisher.
