Investor Kirk Kerkorian sold another eight million Chrysler (C) common shares leaving him with 71,753,992 shares, or an 11.11% stake. Once again, Kerkorian said he sold the shares to "avoid potential adverse tax effects" in connection with the proposed merger between Chrysler and Daimler-Benz AG (DAI).
