I would be wasting my time telling you that Bolivians had and still do have an Inca culture, technically impressive works such as cities, ceramics, road systems, communications etc, way to advanced for you to grasp. Telling you about the ancient ceremonial site of Tiahuanaco (which I am sure if a Bolivian citizen had to read your comment would love to re-commission!), the most commonest word used in Bolivia is tranquilo (so they probably would not stoop to your level), the cultures of the Tiahuanaco, Aymara and Tiahuanaco-Huari would not sink into your brain. Your comment wants to make me puke. Your arrogance and demeaning nature is just not welcome on this thread. Just your statement of "I have been told." tells me so much about your gullible self.
