USR is a very volitile stock with more traders than any stock I know of. Therefore it will swing. Last week 7 point drop on a rumor shook a lot of day traders out. Tuesday's drop is probably more traders who wanted out on Friday taking profits. The stock is obviously in a consolidation phase in the 74 to 78.5 area. You wait until January and watch a huge leap in the 1st two weeks as the product release announcements roll in.
