HI Cheryl,

Well as you know I have been a long for some time (still am). Just took Tim Flick's warning seriously enough to sell some shares (600) at $6 so I wouldn't get a margin call should this fall below 5 because of the games being played. Now this may be a contrary indicator to most of you because the stock may go up now that I sold... :-)

Just a thought, my feeling about what is going on is:

1) Larger hands (institutions) want your shares. They want them cheap and there hasn't been much of a float. Many of us have lost our shares due to stops and margin calls.

2) Y2K isn't being taken seriously right now because of Wall Street's so-called testing. Not a true scientific test at that. I think they did the test the way they did so as not to panic investors.

3) The usual hedge fund managers and shorts being involved. (Hey, they have to make money too!) I don't put the full blame here however.

Hey I still have 4700 shares and nobody is going to get those!

Safe from margin calls....
