Michael, I am trying to find the facts, my first action was to confront those being accused.
I spoke to Tom Pluto, his response was that he did file bankruptcy due to a failed real estate deal. Was not an officer in the company. And was no longer President of Aqua Bio.
I spoke ot Andy Arata, he vehemently denied ever have been convicted of anything stronger than a DWI and a possession of marijuana charge.
Was given the name of the lab that was being used to test Microsafe, along with the name of the Doctor personally performing the tests.
Spoke to Mr. Bunte, he said he knew of nothing regarding Mr. Arata's arrest record and suggested I ask Mr. Arata directly, knew of Mr. Klenovics charges, but said that to his knowledge the charges were dropped. Was told that he would come out with news to dispel all of Mr. Allens allegations, this week. Was told not to call the lab till he got approval from them, didn't want a bunch of people calling them.
Didn't stop there. I then had a friend of mine that lives in Indy call to speak to the nurse Carol or Dr. Webb. Did get through to Dr. Webb, he volunteered up front that he was involved with the company and found their products very effective. Talked about his many years of research on Legionaires diease, and how he felt Aqua Bio's products could prove to be an effective solution. My friend said that he was very credible with a academic demeanor.
Never were able to make contact with the nurse, must have been her day off.
Secured a list of references that claimed to have used Aqua Bio products.

What I dont see is the Mirage Hotel and Casino, Sea World of San Diego, or the list of Hospitals that they claim to have as customers.

As you can see he was very credible, and came out of nowhere, so I that was one issue that moved to the back burner.
I did however call Lakeland Fl information and was told that there was no Columbia Correctional Institute.
I spoke to Victor Wilson, the independent broker that first introduced me to NVID and seems to have a very close association with them. He is the one that faxed me the Customer list, and claims to have spoken to labs, and Universities after having signed a confidentiality agreement. He claims that he has personally verified that they are for real, with real products, etc.He can be reached at 714.498.0891
I have a friend in Texas who is a Dentist and graduated from U of T dental school. I have requested that he contact them to get verification of the tests that are supposedly going on at U of T dental school.
As you can see, my investigation is primarily centered around trying to establish that they have what they claim to have. I am concetrated on getting evidence that Aqua Bio products are viable, and that Microsafe is for real.
Remember also that a Mr.David Kovacs from the Sarasota Fl area went to visit NVID early on in our due dilly research. He reported back that he had in fact witnessed product, and saw orders, and even letters of interest from the Fortune companies. So, up until Mr. Allen's post, I had no reason to suspect any wrong doing.
Yesterday I tried to contact Andy Arata and secure more information regarding his past. No answer, left a message, no reply.
I tried to contact Mr.Bunte, to get more names, numbers, and any proof to dispell these allegations, he was not available. Out at a dental appointment.
I have made at least twenty other calls to various people that may have information or are also conducting various forms of investigation into these matters. One of the people that I spoke to said that from what he had gathered, over 20 people had been under investigation regarding STCO investigation. Mr. Allen claims only three. Maybe on that affadavit, but there could be others, in other court systems.
Most of those that I speak to, like myself, have been stonewalled. I have asked that NVID come forth to deny or confirm these allegations, I have asked Mr. Allen to call me, or fax me the results of his search , wanting names and contacts. I left messages with several people that do not return my calls.
I don't know what more I can do, nor do I feel it is my sole responsibility. I will continue to follow up on this and I plan to disclose those findings, either way.
Will keep you all posted as the story unravels. Hopefully Mr. Allen and Mr. Bunte will provide us the answers to all the questions that have arisen out of this tug of war.
