Hmm, I've actually never seen that. But I'd actually suppose that would mean that the stock is in the middle of it's price range, if everybody is frustrated. Just to be clear, my sentiment indicator is used to steer, not the sole basis of my investment decisions. I'd imagine there are a lot of euphoric posters on the DELL thread, but I doubt you'll find me shorting DELL anytime soon.
