Dynamic Imaging Systems Inks Deal With American
Show Management

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 1998--Dynamic Imaging Systems Corp.
(OTC: DIMG - news), a leading producer of live and recorded audio and video presentations on
the Internet, announced Thursday an exclusive deal with North America's largest producer of
Information Technology events.

''We are excited to have been awarded this contract with American Show Management (ASM),''
stated Donna Murdoch, a Dynamic Imaging Systems vice-president & director. ''In as much as
ASM delivers a deeper market penetration across a larger geographic area than all other IT trade
show companies...combined, this single contract establishes our trade show division as one of the
fastest growing Internet broadcasters of trade shows in the country.''

''It is a testament to the quality of our technology and staff, and may be considered a watershed
event which marks the beginning of a time in which all trade shows are broadcast over the Internet.
It is important to fully grasp the very idea of Internet broadcasting of trade shows and other live
events.

''It enables convention goers--who otherwise may not have been able to attend due to time or
distance constraints--to see exactly what it was they missed at the show, at their leisure,'' she
added.

Specifically, what Dynamic Imaging is doing for ASM is sending camera crews down to the floor
of the trade show. They are then recording, editing and encoding the event for replay on the
Internet. Viewers will be able to feel all the excitement of attending the trade show with streaming
audio and video clips.

In addition, Dynamic Imaging will use the latest technology to produce panoramic views of the
trade show and interactive displays. Beyond the show itself, viewers can actually visit individual
booths of each of the exhibitors. This allows exhibitors to ''keep the booth open'' long after the
show is over.

Now any computer user with RealPlayer software created by RealNetworks (Nasdaq: RNWK -
news), can view any of the 33 annual ASM trade shows from their home, hotel room or office.

Brad Jersey, managing director of ASM stated, ''We are pleased to be on the technological cutting
edge in terms of providing these Internet-related services to our exhibitors. Each of our exhibitors
will now be able to reach important decision-making IT professionals, beyond the 200,000 who
actually attend.

''In addition to being able to reach non-attending IT professionals, it importantly allows those who
actually attended to 're-visit' the exhibitor booth at a later date. We would expect this to result in
further benefits which would accrue to both our exhibitors and attendees. Our attendees are
typically customers who are looking to solve their technology concerns by purchasing our
exhibitors' products during or shortly after the show.''

''Often times these purchases, as well as the economic impact of these programs within each
regional market, typically run to amounts which range into the seven figures,'' Jersey added, ''Any
additional information which can help them finalize that decision--particularly after the show has
ended--offers tremendous benefits to all parties involved.

''It was an important decision for our firm to offer Internet-related viewing opportunities. As the
largest producer of Information Technology Events in North America, it was essential that we
selected an Internet broadcaster of equal stature, and we believe that Dynamic Imaging through its
A/V Tradeshows division can provide the quality of service our exhibitors deserve.''
